It's rare to see lightning in San Francisco, and we got it up close and personal tonight. I remember standing under the carpark in Shreveport at my grandmother's house, watching the sky become traced with light in just another summer electrical storm. As miserable as I was in the heat, I loved every second of it. When it faded as fast as it came, I wished for its return.
