Of course you wouldn't know, but that is Data's response to being asked if he can have sex, right before he gets it on with Natasha Yar. Talk about triple ripple vibrating...

...'cause I don't know nothin' about that Star Wars...er, Star Trek stuff. (Actually, I knew that; that's exactly why I picked this quote, darlin'.) My other options while playing around with my answers were either C3P0 (the sexless opposite of Data) or Al Gore.
