- Optional extra: Post a comment at Very Good Taste linking to your results.
To make the filling out of this form and generating the HTML for it a bit easier, reddywhp has played around with some PHP. Go to http://reddywhip.org/lj/foods/ and fill it out there. After filling it out, you will be given the code to copy and paste into your blog.
Livejournal users, remember to use your LJ-Cuts!
(We’ll see how my WordPress-to-Livejournal plugin deals with this on my LiveJournal Feed.)

Notes:
1. I’m assuming these dishes, where meat is not critical or optional, would be made with vegetarian ingredients (like veggie stock.)
2. For all of these items, there are readily available vegetarian substitutes or similar dishes. Sweet steamed red bean buns; vegetarian gumbos and other Louisiana favorites; Paneer Tikki Masala; Eggs Florentine; vegetarian gravy for poutine; vegetarian sausage for currywurst and street dogs. I mean, not to be too Hezbollah Tofu about this.
3. I will gladly meet you and your cigar outside for the Cognac. But between quitting smoking and a ridiculous interaction at the Powerhouse with an Australian cigar fetishist, I’ll pass on the cigar.
4. Vegetarian tasting menus aren’t really available at the three star restaurants I’ve read about. Though they only got two stars, is anyone up for dinner at Michael Mina?
